All Alessandro de Lucci wants from his wife is a son but after a year and a half of unhappiness and disillusionment, all Theresa de Lucci wants from her ice cold husband is a divorce. Unfortunate timing, since Theresa is about to discover that she’s finally pregnant and Alessandro is about to discover that he isn’t willing to lose Theresa.

Thoughts:

I have lost count the amount of times I have read this book and it is still good, the story focuses on Theresa and her husband Alessandro, you can tell that Theresa loves Alessandro but she has been pushed to the brink by him and needs out of the relationship.

I loved this book and I loved how the relationship between Theresa and Sandro started to evolve into a equal partnership between two people who loved each other, then when it was a cold relationship with Sandro treating Theresa so coldly.

I found this to be so beautifully written, and the characters were just fantastic, there wasn't too many characters within the story so it was easy to keep up with who was who. Anders just really brought out the emotions with this book (in certain places I just felt so much for Theresa and just wanted to slap Sandro for his treatment of her).

Would I recommend this to you, if you want something that is easy to read and just an escapist romance then this is the book for you.
