Feyre survived Amarantha's clutches to return to the Spring Court—but at a steep cost. Though she now has the powers of the High Fae, her heart remains human, and it can't forget the terrible deeds she performed to save Tamlin's people.

Nor has Feyre forgotten her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court. As Feyre navigates its dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms—and she might be key to stopping it. But only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future—and the future of a world cleaved in two.

Thoughts

This book follows on after the events of ACOTAR and follows Feyre who is suffering from PTSD after her fight with Amarantha.

I thought this book was a great addition to the series, and we explore Feyre's feelings after dealing with Amarantha. We also get to see more of the Night Court and learn more about Rhysand.

I loved all the characters in this and loved meeting the new characters in the Night Court, and I will admit it was really hard to choose a favourite out of them.

I thought the world building around the Night Court was just brilliant, it didn't slow the pace of the story down and just worked so well.

Overall a great book and keep an eye out for my review of A Court of Wings and Ruin, coming soon.
