Thoughts

Volume 6 contains Chapter 31-36 and follows Marko and Alana as they try to free both Hazel and Marko's mother Klara from a detention centre on Landfall.

I always enjoy these graphic novels, and just love the family dynamic (throughout the book, other people join them and they start to become like a family).

The writing in these graphic novels are fantastic, and the artwork is just brilliant. The story is easy to follow and the artwork just adds that bit extra to the story (yes I know it is a graphic novel so the artwork has to be there, but it is still fantastic).

I love Hazel as a character, she is such a sweet little girl, and through her detention she is trying to survive. I also love that she does not judge, especially when she meets Petrichor (who is another of my favourite characters), and she becomes friends with her.

I love this series (I am currently up to date with all volumes, but Vaughan, and Staples have put the series on hiatus for the moment), so watch out for more reviews from the series coming soon.
