Young, rich and good-looking, Izzy and her friends lead seemingly perfect lives. But exams are looming and at a school like Clerkenwell, failure is not an option. Luckily, Tigs has a solution. A small pill that will make revision a breeze and help them get the results they need. Desperate to succeed, the group begin taking the study drug. It doesn't take long before they realize there are far worse things than failing a few exams.

Thoughts

I found the plot a good idea the teenagers are studying for exams and their parents have high expectations that they will receive high marks, so they end up procuring drugs that are going to help them focus. This is so relevant at the moment with exam results for A-Levels as there just seems  to be so much pressure for teenagers to get not just good grades but great ones at that.

The main group of characters were somewhat easy to follow, you only had 5 so it didn't become too confusing with who was who.

There is an underlying story with the main character Izzy but for me this is never full explained, and just left you wondering what had happened to her previously.

I wasn't that impressed with this installment in the Red Eye series, it was gripping at the beginning and I did fly through it but the ending just made no sense, it could have been left at the end of the last chapter, but the epilogue just seemed to be filler and a bit pointless.

Overall not the greatest one of the series to me it just left so many unanswered questions, and I thought the extra bit to the ending just wasn't needed.
